If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms you agree to at the time of downloading, the agreed to downloading terms will control. You understand and acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider ("Mobile Provider") will continue to apply when using the downloaded mobile application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the mobile application and you accept responsibility for any such charges. The following additional terms apply to mobile applications that are downloaded from the Apple� App Store :
i. With respect to mobile applications accessed through or downloaded from the Apple� App Store ("App Store Sourced Application"), you will use the App Store Sourced Application only: (i) on an Apple-branded product that is owned or controlled by the User; and (ii) as permitted by the "Usage Rules" set forth in the Apple� App Store Terms of Service. Stanley Black & Decker reserves all rights in and to the mobile applications not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
ii. You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are concluded between you and Stanley Black & Decker only, and, that Apple� is not a party to these Terms other than as third-party beneficiary as contemplated below, and (ii) Stanley Black & Decker, not Apple�, is solely responsible for the App Store Sourced Application and the Stanley Sites content.
iii. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple� will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App Store Sourced Application, or any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty.
iv. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and subject to the terms in these Terms, you acknowledge that, solely as between Apple� and Stanley Black & Decker, Stanley Black & Decker, and not Apple�, is responsible for addressing any claims you may have relating to the App Store Sourced Application, or your possession and/or use thereof, including, but not limited, to: (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App Store Sourced Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
v. Further, you agree that if the App Store Sourced Application, or your possession and use of the App Store Sourced Application, infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights, you will not hold Apple� responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claims.
vi. You acknowledge and agree that Apple�, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store Sourced Applications, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple� will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms for App Store Sourced Applications against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

If an item is shown in the exploded view but not appearing in the parts list then this usually indicates that the item has either been discontinued or it has an accessory listing; accessories are not sold on the site. Where can I drop off my packaged tool for shipping?
Tools being returned for service are shipped through UPS. In Canada, Tools can be brought to any qualifying UPS location, including any full service location that can package your tool for you, for a small fee. To find the drop-off location closest to you, click here. Please note that for most drop-off locations, maximum package weight is 44 lbs., and the total size must not exceed 130" in combined length and girth (no more than 38" on the longest side) per package.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center located in Mississauga, Ontario.
How long will it take until my order ships?
All orders ship in approximately 2 business days after your order is placed via the shipping method of your choice. The distribution center is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays in the jurisdiction in which our distribution center is located. Please note that shipment confirmation and tracking information is not available until 1 day after the order has actually shipped. At this time, ServiceNet will reflect the shipping information in Order History and a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
International
Does ServiceNet ship outside of Canada?
ServiceNet only ships throughout the 50 contiguous United States and Canada. Product Information is only available for all products manufactured for North America & South America. Most issuing banks provide their customers with the ability to review their credit card activity on-line. However, this is not a billing, but rather a request to set aside funds on your card to ensure that they will be available for future billing once the order ships. What do I do if I need to return/exchange my order?
Please contact your assigned local DEWALT, Delta | Porter-Cable Factory Service Center for all returns. You may also use the return form that is on the back of the pink packing slip that will accompany your order shipment to assist in the processing of the exchange/return. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
How can I track my order shipment(s) on the site?
All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days via the shipping method of your choice. Orders must be received before 8:30PM EST to receive next day processing. The distribution center does not ship parts on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays in the jurisdiction in which our distribution center is located. Also, orders which contained backordered items may be delayed. Additionally, please note that changes to shipping status are not reflected on SERVICENET until one business day after shipment until that time your order will appear with a status of "Pending" in the "Order Status" section of the site.
Can I cancel my order?
If all parts are in stock on the order and/or you have requested partial shipment, then you usually you will not be able to cancel the order once it has been submitted on the site. To determine if your order can be canceled, please contact your local factory-owned service center immediately for further assistance.
